If you buy anything using a link from my pages, I’ll get a lil commish, you know what I’m saying? 2026 is the year of the side hustle. Affiliate marketing 101. (And yes! You can do this too!!!)

My promise to you is that anything I’ve listed, I’ve done so because I genuinely believe it is an awesome product. It’ll be something I’ve used in my everyday life. Something that has helped me or my family. Something that is good quality, for what it is, with a reasonable price-point. Something that has made me a happy-camper for my purchase, so I hope you might too.

P.S. I don’t get paid by any companies to sell products. I talk them up here and, if someone chooses to buy them, and if they use my link to get to the product, I’ll get a commission.

Step Counter bracelet!

LINK TO PRODUCT: https://link.amazon/B01uyGttf

CONTEXT: I wanted to get an idea of my daily steps, but I don’t want to be constantly checking my phone. I got it in rose gold and I wear it with my horse watch and I love the combo.

PROS: It was just under $43 and I wear it everyday, including not needing to take it off for a shower. Love that. I get to see the time, my steps, my heart rate and a few other features (that I don’t use) without picking up my phone and getting distracted by whatever notification has popped up, which then leads me to forget why I picked up my phone in the first place.

CONS: I wish it told me my km’s tracked and I wish that after about 6 months of continuous wear it kept working, but for $43 I got another one and I’m still happy with it.

It needs to be charged like every 2-3 days. Not sure if that is a con, cos I don’t wear it at night anyway, so it’s charging then.

Rock-stepper!

LINK TO PRODUCT: https://link.amazon/B07GRCCFx

CONTEXT: I think for rehab recovery, this one is a game-changer. I broke my hip – the whinges for that are forthcoming, but I have been on a mission to get back to full health. I am 4.5 months post-op and have been slowly, oh so painfully slowly, giving the bone time to heal, while keeping myself moving per the physio’s instructions. Then after the 14 week mark I was set free. I created my own fitness program and journal and just recently have been really feeling the particular weakness in the muscles surrounding my hip.

PROS: This rock-steper targers all those stabilising muscles around the hip. I am doing 5 mins every morning after I get up and 5 mins just before I go to bed. I’ve added it to my program for about a week now and I am noticing a rather profound difference in the muscle strength around my hip. I also now hold hand weights while I’m doing it, which feels good but I can’t see any results there. It comes with a mat, so you won’t scratch the floor. It counts your steps, so if you’re looking to add steps to your day but want the comfort of your tv to distract you – bam. It works on your body a bit like skiing, rather than just stepping up and down, so there’s a bit of lateral motion.

CONS: Other reviewers have found it is hard on the joints – knees especially. I haven’t at all. But I don’t have bad knees. It definitely doesn’t stay in the exact same place while you’re using it. I find I turn a quarter circle over my 5 minutes, but that doesn’t bother me.
