Here I am whingeing away in the comfort of my own home, with the freedom to do whatever I want, whenever I want and there she was, laying bare her 13 and 14 year old self, her thoughts and feelings, having entered into hiding with Nazi Germany raging war outside. You want a good read? Mate. Put this shit down and pick that up. I highly recommend it. That’s how to write a diary.
